My work spans frontend and backend development, APIs, databases, authentication, cloud infrastructure, security, integrations, testing, and CI/CD—giving me ownership of the complete application lifecycle.

Web Platform Rebuild & CMS Migration
Rebuilt Victory's primary website as a modern, internally managed web platform, replacing the previous outsourced .NET implementation. The new platform consolidates 30+ pages, dynamic content, and media into a maintainable system with direct content ownership for the Media team.
Key work
- Engineered and built the application end to end with Next.js and TypeScript
- Implemented Sanity CMS for internal content management
- Migrated 250+ digital resources to cloud storage and integrated them into the site
- Set up hosting infrastructure, deployment, and CI/CD with Vercel
- Minimized long-term maintenance and developer effort by optimizing performance at every layer — image compression, Cloudflare asset delivery, Next.js rendering optimizations, and full-site caching including Sanity — while layering security in depth with Cloudflare, Vercel's firewall, rate limiting, and bot/crawler protection
- Designed reusable UI components and maintained a consistent design system

Complete guest engagement workflow from initial Typeform intake to automated follow-ups. Collects guest information, service preferences and café orders, sends scheduled SMS reminders, and provides a staff dashboard with history, analytics, and direct messaging.
